Our policy is as follows: We allot a 48 hour grace period to cancel or reschedule your appointment if needed. We ask you always confirm your appointment through automated text, if you appointment is not confirmed within 48 hours we will call you to confirm, if there is still no confirmation your appointment will be canceled and considered a now show. A no show fee of %50 of the service will be charged to guests that do not call or show. A 10 minute grace period is allotted for any guest running late, any longer after may result in a forfeit of appointment. We understand life happens and some things are out of our control, so when in doubt to avoid any fees please just give us a call! We look forward to having you as a guest at East Coast studio.
